Dell Inspiron

Yesterday I recieved my latest piece of kit. A new Dell Inspiron 6400! Wohooo! It’s absolutely amazing. I used to despise laptops and to a certain extent I still do. The expensive upgrades, extra attention to being careful is all too much for me. However, after getting this laptop I’m really reconsidering my thoughts.

I purchased my laptop at Empire Direct for a bargain price (£399-£8 [discount voucher]).

It’s about time I had a laptop. I’ll certainly need it for when I go University in September. I initially had a problem with this laptop when I first started it. There was a delay in the sound. After a quick search I soon corrected the problem.

If your Dell Inspiron 6400 has slow or lagging sound do the following:

Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar.

Select playback devices > double click on Speakers (or click once and press the properties button)

On the popup dialogue box select enhancements> tick “disable all enhancements”.

Close all the windows which you opened. The problem should be now fixed.
